Criminal Appeals
My practice assists former clients of other attorneys at the trial level, as well as my own, with their appeals. Although the jury's factual findings cannot be reversed (except in very rare cases), there may have been an instance of reversible error in your case (improper jury instructions, ,misinterpretation of law, evidence issues, etc.). If the court establishes there was an instance of reversible error, your appeal will be successful. At that point, you will be given a new trial. Qualified** criminal appellants are charged at a 75% discounted rate.
*There is no charge for the initial consultation if during its course either party decides to decline representation.
